These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tick Tock Tracker ("the App"), operated by North Shore Development Group Inc. ("Company"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Tick Tock Tracker is a subscription-based software platform providing watch repair shop management tools, watch collection tracking, AI-powered watch identification, and a peer-to-peer collector marketplace.
Tick Tock Tracker offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions auto-renew at the rate locked in at the time of purchase. Founding member pricing is locked to the billing period chosen at signup. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
By providing your phone number through a service intake form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages regarding your watch service status. Message and data rates may apply.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, watch descriptions, posts). By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and store it to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload. Content you post to public areas of the App — such as the community feed, comments, videos, and marketplace listings — is visible to other users and is subject to our content moderation rights below.
Tick Tock Tracker provides a marketplace for collectors to list watches for sale or trade. We are not a party to any transaction between users. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. We make no warranties about the accuracy of listings or the quality of items sold.
AI-powered watch identification and valuation features are provided for informational purposes only. AI estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon for insurance, legal, or financial decisions. Physical inspection by a qualified appraiser is required for definitive valuation.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor content posted to the App. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, remove, edit, or restrict any content — including feed posts, comments, photos, videos, and marketplace listings — that we believe violates these Terms, is unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Removing content or terminating an account does not waive any of our rights, and we are not liable for any removal, retention, or moderation decision. You may cancel your account at any time.
North Shore Development Group Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tick Tock Tracker. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
