• To provide and operate the Tick Tock Tracker platform
• To send SMS notifications regarding watch service status updates (with your consent)

• To enable marketplace and social features between connected users
• To review content posted to public areas of the App (such as the community feed and marketplace) to enforce our Terms and maintain a safe community

3. SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number through a watch service intake form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Tick Tock Tracker regarding your service job status. These messages include updates such as watch received, service complete, and shipping notifications.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on service activity.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers to operate the platform:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication
• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — hosting and security
• Anthropic — AI-powered watch identification features

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Your phone number is used only for authentication and service notifications — it is never displayed publicly.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@ticktocktracker.app.

Tick Tock Tracker is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
